Abstract

PT X is a company that moves in the iron casting. During the time, financial aspect holds of vital part in measures of company performance, that’s make the company trapped in profit achievement within short time orientation. Existence various of interest can’t avoid in increasing of company work performance, besides financial aspect, must be present performance measurement system planning that can describe entire company activities, either from inside also from outside company.
Method that used in this research is integrated performance measurement systems (IPMS) method, where IPMS is one of company performance measurement method that observes the stakeholder needs from every stakeholder (stakeholder requirement).
Result from performance measurement with using IPMS method can identified 29 key performance indicators (KPI) based on requirement from 5 stakeholders which exist in the company. By using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method can be known the importance weight from every KPI has been identified. In scoring system applications using Objective Matrix method and Traffic Light Systems method can be known that the total of company performance achievement enhanced as big as 5.2017%.
